Service Partner rates may vary. The maximum price of services is specified without taking into account the Rush Hour pricing.
The estimated ride price specified in the service may change depending on the rates of Service Partners, as well as in the event of a change in destination during a ride, stops at the request of the passenger, and in other cases.
A multiplier may be applied to the cost of the ride during "Rush hours," as per the cases laid out in the Terms of Use.
There may be a pickup fee. The pickup fee is added to the ride price and calculated based on
(1) the distance between the vehicle and the User's location and
(2) the time required for the vehicle to travel this distance.
There may be a fee for canceling a ride request. A cancellation fee applies in the following cases:
(1) cancellation of the ride request using the service feature after the vehicle arrives for pickup, or failure to ever reach the vehicle after it arrives for pickup. The cancellation fee is calculated similarly to the price of the ride for the period of time from when the vehicle arrives at the pickup location or from the pickup time specified in the ride information (whichever comes later) until the ride request is canceled, or the minimum ride price in the service class. When a fee is charged for canceling a ride request to the airport, the city-wide rate applies, with the exception of the pickup fee, which is calculated as out-of-city pickup based on the service class. However, the maximum cancellation fee in any case cannot exceed the price of a ride lasting 10 minutes (including free wait time based on the service class, if applicable),
(2) cancellation of the ride using the service feature after 3 (three) minutes have passed after the ride request is confirmed in the service interface with a pickup fee. The cancellation fee for a ride with a pickup fee is equal to the pickup fee.
